The Statement

Purpose & Scope:

• The purpose of this policy is to show commitment and leadership so as to achieve excellence in deliverance of quality education and training in health and safety as well as other technical courses.
• The scope applies to all members of the institute e.g., staff, faculties, students and visitors having access to information and data protection to act responsibly without harming main mission of the institute.
• This policy takes precedence over all policy documents promulgated before this act.

Definitions related to data protection legislation:

• Data controller: The Act refers to ‘data fiduciary’ as any person who, alone or in conjunction with other persons, determines the purpose and means of processing of personal data.
• Data processor: Any person who processes data on behalf of a data fiduciary.
• Personal data: Any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
• Sensitive data: There is no definition of ‘sensitive data’ in the Act.
• Health data: There is no definition of ‘health data’ in the Act.
• Biometric data: There is no definition of ‘biometric data’ in the Act.
• Pseudonymisation: There is no definition of ‘pseudonymisation’ in the Act.
• Data subject: The Act refers to ‘data principal’ as the individual to whom the personal data relates, and in case of a child or a person with disability, includes their parent or lawful guardian.
• Significant data fiduciary: Any data fiduciary or class of data fiduciaries as may be notified by the Government, on the basis of an assessment of such relevant factors as it may determine, including:
• the volume and sensitivity of personal data processed;
• the risk to rights of data principals;
• the potential impact on the sovereignty and integrity of India;
• the risk to electoral democracy;
• the security of the State; and
• public order.
• Consent manager: A person registered with the Board, who acts as a single point of contact to enable a data principal to give, manage, review, and withdraw their consent through an accessible, transparent, and interoperable platform.

Responsibilities:

Everybody who have some business in the functioning of our business shall have clearly defined roles and responsibilities written down with all minor specification. This document provides guidelines to act responsibly in service delivery and as well as official management. It will be onus on the part of all stake holders to take into consideration utmost responsibilities in design and implementation of system and procedures.

The employees shall take reasonable care to providing training services to the clients so that basic aim of our Health and safety policy are not ignored.

All stake holders shall act in unison and in close cooperation to ensure smooth operational efficiency and quality service delivery.
