• Verifying all instruments to make sure no punch items are present prior to loop checking.
• Inspection and Witnessing according to Project Specification, QCP, ITP & Method of Statement, International standard and other approved reference Document as per Company standard. Study of Issuing Non-conformance report, Corrective action Report, Project technical Query Report, Damage Report when the specification or procedural requirements are not met.
• Installation / mechanical Completion for Instrumentation system. DCS/PLC/ESD/FAS-System Cabinet, marshaling cabinet, Junction Boxes, Field mounted instrument like PT, TT, FT, LT Switches, Gauges, and MOV & Control Valves etc.
• Focus on Installation of Fire & Gas, Telecommunication System in the Field such as push Button, Horn & Beacon lights and Fire & Smoke Detection and Analytical Instrument.
• Training on Installation of CCTV camera & Speakers Field, Electrical Substation and Main Control Building. Study of Visual inspection of all types of electronics & Pneumatic instrument like PT, TT, FT, LT Switches, Gauge’s & Control Valves, MOV etc., and Witnessing the calibration of Instrument at site Calibration workshop & field.
• Focus on Inspection for installation & rooting of Instrument Air Piping, Tubing /Impulse tubing, and Witnessing the Pressure & Leak Test.
• Scrutiny of Inspection for Laying, Dressing, Glanding and Termination for EC, LV, MV, HV Control, Power & instrument (UG/AG) Cable.
• Scrutiny of Inspection for the Instrument Cable Trenches prior to cable Pulling and after Cable Pulling to release for the next activities. Inspection for Cable Rooting, Dressing and tagging in side cable trench.
• Inspection of Cable trays and Conduit in the Field and inside Control Building. Study of Inspection for the Installation of Earthling (Grounding) Cable and Bus bar in the Field and Buildings and Connection to the equipment as per the approved drawing and specification.
• Inspection for the Cable IR and testing Study of Familiar with international standards ISA, IEC, BS, ANSI, API, NEC, NEMA, NFPA etc.
• Discipline punch list are created for Inspection Hold point and completed before the requirement, clearing the punch list.
• Updating the Inspection Test report, taking client signature for the approval, Submitting the ITR to Certification department for record keeping and system updating if any.
